We deliver to all supported locations in the world. You can find out if your address is supported when you provide the address during checkout.

We strive to deliver your orders in the shortest possible timeframe with reasonable shipping costs. However, the timeframes for dispatch and arrival to your address vary based on supplier location and customs clearance for products dispatched by overseas suppliers.

You will be provided with the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) of your order when you place the order. Please note that the ETA is just an estimate, actual delivery times can be a few days less or more than the provided ETA.

Order processing time:

We strive to process all orders within 24 hours of cleared payment. The processing on our end requires preparing the product for shipping or preparing of the product for shipping by our supplier in case of supplier delivered products. The processing begins after we have received cleared payment by our payment processor.

If for any reason, we are unable to process within 5 business days, we will offer you a refund. You are welcome to initiate order cancellation and refund request if the order has not been dispatched within 5 business days.

We source our products from suppliers located in multiple parts of the world. We have carefully selected suppliers with the shortest delivery times.

Delivery to PO Boxes and non-physical addresses:

Delivery to PO Boxes and non physical addresses depends on the product being delivered and is at the sole discretion of the carrier.

Authority to leave:

Where applicable, Authority to leave (ATL) option can be selected so the parcel can be left at your property. Watchtherapy.net will take no responsibility for lost items in this case. For any issues with the the delivery, please contact the courier company. You will receive the information about the courier once your parcel is dispatched.

Correct contact information:

It is important to provide accurate email address and other contact details when placing your order as these will be used to notify you about dispatch and order updates.

Carrier name and tacking number (if available) will be provided to you on your email address.
